I took time to think about what I wanna write in the coming year of Tiger.
趁虎年来临前，我花了一些时间把一些想法写下来。
I resolve to be a better human being in 2010.
在2010年里，我希望成为更棒的人类。
Writing down every plan, following all damned resolutions in the past and present to become better, if not great.
把所有过去设下却没实现的计划，和现在所立志的想法，大胆的一一跟随，只求更上一层楼。
I will exercise and become fitter than ever.
我会展开运动，让自己变得更结实。
I’m going to stretch and improve on my flexbility.
我要让自己变得更柔软，经常做伸展运动。
I aim to be punctual.
我会准时赴约。
I want to be more giving and accepting.
我要学会更加舍得，更加包容。
I’m going to take more pictures.
我要拍摄更多的照片。
I will write more songs and articles.
我要写更多的歌和文章。
I’m going to take guitar lessons.
我要学习吉他。
I’m going to take risks.
我会更冒险。
I will watch less TV and read more books.
我会看多一些书，少看电视。
I’m going to let go of fear and embrace it instead.
我会试着放开恐惧，拥抱它。
I’ll make an effort to eat healthy foods.
我会试着吃得更健康。
I’m going to bring a recycle bag everywhere I go and cut down any possible usage of plastic bags.
我将随身携带环保袋，减少任何会用到塑胶袋的可能性。
Less shopping.
少逛街。
Listen more than expressing.
多听一点，少讲一些。
Feel my thoughts.
感受内在想法。
Be aware of emotions.
注意情绪的起伏。
Appreciate being in the moment.
珍惜此时此刻的一切。
Treat my loved ones better than ever.
更好的对待我最亲爱的人。
Always choose to be happy.
永远选择快乐。
I wrote so many resolutions not in aim to become the next superwoman, but more of a constant reminder to myself. Life is short and what if it ends quicker than you thought? I think I can do it with a mindful thought and an appreciative heart and most importantly, action to get things going. Here’s to a great 2010

居然没抢到沙发！看来只能坐板凳了！中午看还没更新的……
“多看点书，少看电视”很好很好！建议随兴趣看点儿有意义的书，少用无聊的书打发时间，人生短暂，不要虚度了美好的年华，让生活充实一点点，俗话说：“书到用时方恨少”！
祝吉他有有所成，以后见歌迷就可以“卖弄”一下喽，哈哈。如果有毅力的话，学钢琴、电子琴这类键盘乐器更酷:)
